No Refund Policy – Digital Products & Astrology Services

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital products and personalized astrology services, I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Once a purchase is completed, you will receive immediate access to digital content or your order will begin processing, making it non-reversible.

Astrology readings, including but not limited to natal charts, reports, and intuitive interpretations, are created based on the information you provide at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that all birth details (date, time, and location) are accurate. I am not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the client.

Because astrology and intuitive services are interpretive and subjective in nature, results, insights, and experiences may vary. Purchasing a reading indicates that you understand and accept this.

If you experience any issues accessing your digital product or have not received your order within the stated delivery timeframe, please reach out so I can assist you. I’m happy to make sure you receive what you paid for.
